1. Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
2. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a 5% discount to students, senior citizens, veterans,
handicapped individuals, and individuals belonging to religious and/or
non-profit organizations. Additionally, we offer a 5% discount to
individuals who use an American Express credit card. You can also get $5
off a flower or gift order and $10 off an entertainer or singing
telegram order when you type in your order and fax it to us at
(504) 947-7035.
3. What is the cutoff time for same-day deliveries? Are there any
additional fees if I place my order after the cutoff time?
For gifts or flower orders, you must place your order before 2:00 PM in
the recipient's timezone. For entertainers or singing telegram
messengers, you must place your order before 10:00 AM in the recipient's
time zone. If you wish to place an order after the cutoff time, and if
we are able to accomdate you, then an additional last-minute order fee
will be charged (see table below).

4. How will I know when my order has been processed?
Once you place an order our server automatically forwards the
information to our headquarters. Once it has been processed, you will
automatically receive a confirmation via email.
5. How much advance notice must I give when placing an order for a
singing telegram or entertainer?
Generally, you will need to place your order no later than 10:00 AM in
the recipient's time zone for same-day orders; however, it is best to
give 2-3 days notice. Should you place an order by 10:00 AM on the same
day, the earliest an entertainer or singing telegram could arrive would
be approximately 5-6 hours after your order is placed. Additionally,
the entertainer or singing telegram would require a 1-2 hour window in
which to arrive at the location.
6. I belong to a church and we are trying to earn money to buy a
new roof. Do you have a program wherein a non-profit organization can
earn referral fees by referring our members to your site?
We have many referral fee programs for organizations such as
churches, civic groups, youth groups, corporations, military enlistees, etc.

7. Are there any extra delivery service charges for major holidays such
as Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc?
If your order can be delivered any day within seven days prior to the
major holiday (and, it does not matter on which day within that seven
day period it arrives), then there is no extra delivery service charge.

8. Can I change the delivery address, phone number, or other
information after I place my order?
Yes, as long as you give us 48 hours notice for non-holiday deliveries
and 72 hours notice for major holiday deliveries such as Thanksgiving,
Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc. For any changes that you wish to make,
you must contact us at order@1800usaflowers.com. Be sure to include the confirmation
number you were given via email.
9. Can I cancel or reschedule my order?
All of our orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable once they are
placed with us. However, if you wish to reschedule an order, you can
reschedule a flower or gift order as long as you give us 48 hours
notice, and 72 hours notice for Entertainers and Singing Telegrams.
10. I noticed that some gifts must be shipped via courier service. What
is the cutoff date for shipping those items?
The cutoff date for shipping depends on the shipping method below:
- Overnight shipping requires that the order is placed no later than
10:00 AM (EST) the previous morning.
- 2 day shipping requires that the order is placed no later than 10:00
AM (EST) three days prior to the arrival date.
- Regular ground shipping requires 15 days notice on items that
require shipping.
Please note that items requiring shipping can only be shipped within
the continental United States.
11. Do you ship flower or gift items to other countries outside of the
U.S.?
Regretfully, due to customs regulations, we are unable to ship flowers
or gift items to countries outside of the continental United States.
12. Can I order an entertainer or singing telegram to another country
outside of the continental U.S.?
We are able to provide singing telegrams and entertainers in some
countries outside of the United States. For a list of countries in
which we provide this service, please contact us at order@1800usaflowers.com.
13. Will there by any taxes charged to my credit card?
The only taxes required over the internet are the ones for residents
within the state in which the parent corperation is based.
1800USAFlowers is based in Louisiana. Therefore, if you are a Louisiana
resident, you will required to pay tax.
14. Will there be any hidden fees charged to my credit card?
All of our fees are clearly stated on your final order form including
applicable taxes and/or service fees mentioned above.
15. What would happen if I sent flowers or a gift to an address and no
one was home?
Once the flowers or gift has been dispatched to the address you've given
us, and the recipient is not there, or we are turned away for any
reason, or if the address you've given us is incorrect, you would still
be responsible for the payment of the order. Should this happen, then
all we can do is leave the gift with someone such as a neighbor or a
secretary, but we can not be responsible for it after that.
16. What would happen if I sent an entertainer or singing telegram to
an address and the recipient was not there?
Once an entertainer or singing telegram has been dispatched to the
address you've given us, and the recipient is not there, or we are
turned away for any reason, or if the address you've given us is
incorrect, you would still be responsible for the payment of the order.

19. Do you sell our phone number/address and other personal information
to another party?
We respect our customers' privacy and we do not rent or sell any private
or personal information to third parties.
20. I am a professional entertainer and would like to join your network
